Monitoring of cleaning and disinfection

 

The application of the cleaning and disinfection program is monitored: production conditions such as temperature, pressure, concentration of products, choice of products possibly used, etc. The checks carried out are:
• For cleaning: visual checks, application of the biuret test (recognition of peptide bonds), ATPmetry
• For disinfection: microbiological analyzes.

Control frequencies are defined during the hazard analysis to monitor the application of cleaning and disinfection instructions (see MNG 3 and MNG 4). Recordings (use of cleaning books) facilitate monitoring of this monitoring.
