NEOBLEACH P85, is a chlorine-based disinfectant powder detergent designed for use in industrial laundry, hospital laundry and professional laundry. this product is used at temperatures between 20 ° C and 60 ° C and is suitable for all kinds of chlorine-resistant textiles and white linen. To be used in manual dosing or with the NEOTRONIC dilution system.

Properties

 NEOBLEACH P85, can be used with all chlorine resistant textiles as well as white linen. NEOBLEACH P85, should not be used with oxygen bleaches.

Manual

Dosage: The dosage depends on the degree of soiling: 7-11 g / kg of dry laundry at 20 - 40 ° C / 3-6 g / kg of dry laundry at 50 - 60 ° C
Special recommendations:
- Temperature between 20 ° C and 30 ° C is ideal, to preserve the textiles. - During the wash cycle, the pH value should be about 9.5.
- For a pH below 9.5, the chlorine becomes more aggressive and can cause significant damage to the laundry.
- For a higher pH, the chlorine becomes less active, which requires a higher washing temperature.
- The hypochlorite in composition with chlorhexidine causes brown spots particularly difficult to clean.
- When rinsing ensure that all residual chlorine is neutralized by an anti-chlorine agent. Incomplete neutralization will lead to yellowing of the linen that will be damaged during drying.
- Undissolved powder may cause pinholes. (Be careful to dissolve the powder before soaking) - Do not use NEOBLEACH P85, for the maintenance of polyamide fibers, nylon and HTN carpets.

Application

NEOBLEACH P85, is a disinfectant bleaching agent based on chlorine, alkaline salts and bleaching stabilizers, it is very effective and eliminates stubborn stains well. Thanks to the low-temperature bleaching process from 30 ° C to 40 ° C, the textiles are treated with great care. The presence of alkaline salts promotes bleaching and reduces the risk of chlorine odor. NEOBLEACH P85, can be used with all chlorine resistant textiles as well as white linen. However, this product should not be used for wool, silk and chlorhexidine-based textiles. The combination with enzymatic products could thus lose their effectiveness. In addition NEOBLEACH P85, should not be used with oxygen bleaches.

Important: Do not mix with bleach or other products. Before use, test the compatibility of materials in a small, non-visible area. Do not use with other dilution systems or methods.
